What results can I expect and how quickly?We're known for extremely rapid transformations. Most clients begin seeing significant fat loss by the second week, with the first week often being focussed on getting the right training and dieting habits in place. We get the fat off first, and then add muscle using our Lean Gain Method. Focussing only on Fat Loss in the beginning allows us to get the fat off extremely quickly, with Lean Gaining being a slightly slower (and easier) phase of the program. We get the hard part done first, and done quickly.

Do I need any prior experience or equipment?No prior experience is necessary. Our programs are designed individually for each client, which means we work with all fitness levels. Basic equipment access (like a gym) is beneficial, but we can tailor home workout plans as well.

How does 24/7 messaging with my coach work?The Physique Factory App let's you message your coach anytime for guidance, support, and answers to ANY questions. This is one of our "secret weapons" for creating the results you've seen. 24/7 messaging means your Coach can guide you through everything. An example - if you mention that you're going out for dinner, your Coach might ask you to send pictures of the restaurant menu when you arrive so he can advise you what to eat. If you "accidentally" eat a tub of ice cream during a Fat-Loss Week, you message your Coach and he'll tell you how to undo the damage. This level of 24/7 support makes it impossible for you to fail.

Do I need to eat in a certain way?We'll be teaching you how to track calories using our unique methods. We developed these methods with a focus on daily ease and flexibility. This means tracking your calories takes only about 5 minutes at the beginning of each day, and you can eat whatever foods you like to hit your targets. Most of our clients prefer a balanced diet including all food groups, but you can use any other dieting approach you wish. Carnivore, Paleo, Vegan - it all works.

How is the program customized for me?We start with some initial assessments to understand your goals and experience. We'll then create a workout and nutrition plan tailored to your situation. We'll adjust this plan weekly based on your progression and results, and these adjustments will be specific to you. While we use our proven method with all clients, everyone needs a unique approach to achieve their goal in the shortest time possible.

What if I hit a fat-loss plateau or struggle with motivation?Your Coach is an expert in helping you overcome plateaus and keeping you motivated. We know the motivation to stick to a diet can fade a little each week, so we've developed a few tricks up our sleeve for keeping that fire burning. We've got a number of unique ways to help you stay on track even as things get tough, and our results are proof of that.

What happens if I miss a workout or have to travel?Life happens, but we'll always find a way. Your Coach will adjust your plan to account for missed workouts or travel schedules, ensuring you stay on track. We'll also be able to guide you through dieting during any holidays or periods where you don't have access to your usual foods.

How do I maintain my results after the program ends?Once you achieve your goals, we'll provide simple & personalised guidelines to help you keep the result for life. The good news is that maintaining the result is a lot easier than actively losing fat or gaining muscle - which means once we've achieved the goal, the hard part is over. Maintaining generally just requires a small amount of training in the gym alongside some simple dieting tweaks which most people find surprisingly easy to stick to. Once you achieve the result with us, it's there for life!
